I have had the pleasure of experiencing many hunting adventures, and the goal of Fields Bay Outfitters is to share these experiences with others. At Fields Bay Outfitters we introduce hunters of all ages as to what Vermont & Eastern New York has to offer.
Fields Bay Outfitters will make your hunting adventure one to remember. Our guided hunts focus on Waterfowl, Turkey and Predators.
We hunt cornfields from lay out blinds. Lakes, Ponds & Rivers from elevated blinds & boats. Where ever the hunt may take us. If you are looking to relax and enjoy the outdoors, consider Fields Bay Outfitters for your next hunting adventure.
We hope to see you soon,

- Rene DeLaricheliere
A Vermont native and third generation waterfowl hunter, Rene has hunted ducks and geese for over 32 years all over Vermont, New England, Canada and New York State.
He loves introducing waterfowl hunting to “newbies” that have never experienced the sport before. Whether a seasoned veteran or new to hunting, young or old, Rene enjoys introducing and teaching them all about the sport. His passion and love for the outdoors and the sport of waterfowling can be heard in the excitement in his voice when sharing adventures and stories of past hunts.
Taught under the guidance of his father, Phil DeLaricheliere with 60 years of waterfowl experience, Rene respects tradition and understands the importance of safety first, maintaining your equipment and the joy of being outdoors. There is just nothing better than sharing an early morning in the marsh with friends, family and some ducks!
